Terms of Service

Gargacharya operates strictly as a directional and energetic consultancy. We are not architects of record, structural engineers, or general contractors. Our deliverables consist solely of macro-level planning, zoning briefs, and dimensional corrections based on the classical principles of Vastu Shastra.

The implementation of our briefs is the sole responsibility of the Client's appointed lead architect and structural team. We do not review structural load-bearing walls, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) routings, or fire safety compliances.

All Vastu prescriptions provided by the Consultancy are calculated to a high degree of precision. Clients are expected to furnish accurate, scale-true AutoCad (.dwg) or Revit (.rvt) files of the existing site topography or proposed architectural plans.

• The Consultancy accepts a dimensional tolerance of ±2 millimeters on internal partitions.
• Angular variations of True North must be disclosed prior to the commencement of the brief.
• Any post-brief alterations made by the Client's architect without consulting Gargacharya immediately nullify our compliance guarantees.

All methodologies, algorithms, spatial formulas, and proprietary grids ("The Intellectual Property") utilized in the creation of the briefs remain the exclusive property of Gargacharya.

The Client is granted a single-use, non-transferable license to apply the resulting architectural brief exclusively to the specific physical property detailed in the engagement contract. The briefs may not be copied, distributed, or applied to subsequent developments without a distinct, separate engagement.

We recognize the highly sensitive nature of high-net-worth residential and commercial real estate developments. Gargacharya operates under a strict, automatic Non-Disclosure Agreement for all projects.

Floor plans, site locations, financial valuations, and client identities will never be disclosed to third parties, published in our portfolio, or used for marketing materials without explicit, written consent from the Client or their legal representative.

While Vastu Shastra is a revered traditional science aimed at harmonizing spatial energy, Gargacharya makes no legal, financial, or medical guarantees regarding the outcomes of its implementation.

Under no circumstances shall the Consultancy be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to construction delays, financial loss, or personal distress arising from the execution of the architectural brief. The maximum liability of the Consultancy is strictly limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the specific engagement.
