Your information is utilized solely for the purpose of communicating regarding your project and creating your Vastu architectural briefs.

Digital copies of architectural briefs and CAD files are securely archived in encrypted, offline servers for a period of ten (10) years. This archiving is conducted strictly for the Client's future reference (e.g., future renovations), after which the data is permanently destroyed unless otherwise requested.

Gargacharya operates under a strict, automatic Non-Disclosure Agreement for all projects. We do not sell, rent, or distribute client databases to external marketing agencies or third parties.

Floor plans, site locations, financial valuations, and client identities will never be disclosed to third parties, published in our portfolio, or used for marketing materials without explicit, written consent from the Client.

We employ industry-standard security measures, including end-to-end encryption for digital file transfers and secure, access-controlled offline storage for sensitive architectural plans to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.

Our website does not utilize invasive third-party tracking cookies or targeted advertising pixels. We may use essential, anonymized session cookies strictly to ensure basic website functionality and performance monitoring.
